Returns and Refunds

What to do if you want to return your product
We are only offering returns and refunds for products that are faulty or damaged. The product will need to be returned within a 30 day time frame, along with a copy of your invoice.

As we are always trying to improve our product if you have any feedback you would like to share with us we would love to hear it. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer if the product is found not to be faulty or damaged from our end. A fee may also be charged if original shipping was not paid. An admin including but not limited to credit card charges will also be charger back to the customer.

Extra points to note with regards to returns
Ollie Owl reserves the right to assess the age and condition of each product returned prior to offering a refund or exchange to the value of the purchase. A refund will not be given if:

  1. a valid receipt or proof of purchase is not presented,
  2. the product has been misused or mistreated,
  3. the product has been reasonably used and is outside any warranty periods,
  4. the product is not complete and accessories, instruction manuals and/or original packaging are not returned at the same time.

One-year quality warranty
Ollie Owl takes pride in our Australian made foam which is covered under a 1 Year Warranty. If the craftsmanship and the performance of our foam fail within one year, we will replace or refund at our discretion.

Shipping
We offer FREE shipping for all orders over $250.00*. For orders less than $250.00*, the shipping rate is $14.95* flat rate. We try to maintain a 3 working day turn around for deliveries and we use various options for delivery. Australia Post delivery information see below.

At what age can I introduce cot bumpers and pillows? – Mar, 26 2010
Soft bedding such as pillows, quilts, duvets and bumpers increase the risk of sudden unexpected infant death. They may cover the baby’s face and obstruct breathing or cause overheating. Older babies in a cot can be at an increase risk of a sleeping accident by using pillows and bumpers as a step to climb up and fall out of the cot. It is safer to wait until the child starts to sleep in a bed before introducing a pillow or other bedding.

Care Instructions

Your Ollie Owl pillow foam can be easily spot cleaned with warm water and mild detergent. Do not soak, machine wash or tumble dry. Dry flat away from direct sunlight.
